On Thursday, 14 September, our Primary and Secondary School students took part on our annual Teambuilding event. We had a wonderful morning. Luckily, although the weather was not as warm as we had hoped, the rain held off until the afternoon, and everyone had a really fun time! Activities ranged from swinging from a rope to get over a ‘toxic swamp’, to ‘Pandora’s Box – remembering a range of items when they are only viewed for twenty seconds, to balancing between two ropes strung between the trees! The most enjoyable element of the day was seeing the way in which children of all ages worked together, with the older ones helping the younger ones. This is a great way to strengthen our ‘House’ system and also to develop a sense of responsibility and community amongst the students.
